It is the philosophy, process and policy of managing the flow of a client’s data from inception and initial storage to the time when it becomes obsolete and is deleted. Data Management has become increasingly important as businesses face compliance issues surrounding legislation related to HIPAA (XDD maintains a certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert (CHPSE) on staff) and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act that regulate how organizations must deal with particular data types.

As most of our customers use Summation and Concordance for their internal review platforms, XDD has three Certified Summation Trainers, two Certified Concordance Trainers, as well as two iPro Certified Trainers on staff. We also always maintain multiple team members certified in our current hosted platforms: Relativity, FYI, and iConect. Finally, nearly all professional staff hold college degrees, advanced degrees and professional licenses and certifications.
